This is a universal machine used to thermoform sheets and rolled materials. It allows to form most of the plastic materials, such as: HIPS, OPS, ABS, PVC, PE, PP, PMMA, A-PET, PC, etc.
Required production set-ups are achieved through various stages of machine build-up. The basic element is a hand-fed station UA, which can be supplemented with automatic feeder. The feeder again can be upgraded by mounting bottom and/or top heating unit, which enables to shorten cycle time by pre-heating the material. Depending on material thickness , heating time in forming station can be reduced or even eliminated. Additional modular elements make the machine run in fully automatic mode, they boost productivity and make the tool exchanges smooth and easy. Most of the machines can be equipped in pneumatic drives of tables, plug assist and clamping frame. Sliding table on the forming unit facilitates the loading. This option is frequently used in the process of car elements laminating.

The machines are available in a wide range of dimensions:

UA 150 – 1500×1000mm

UA 225 – 2250×1250mm
UA 250 – 2500×1500mm

The machines are able to form sheets up to 10mm thick, while rolled material should not exceed thickness of 2mm.
